A league of any type can be established by a local Ragler who can consistently get enough players to run a 3-hour, weekly time slot and submit results consistently via Heylo. The cost is discounted substantially at just $70 per court for the chosen month.
After approval and purchase, the league coordinator (the person who paid for the league) is responsible for:
1) posting and updating the events on Heylo during the correct times
2) ensuring that only the reserved courts are being used for the entire time slot, unless other courts are available
3) making sure all league participants follow SCRP rules (no smoking, etc)
4) ensure all equipment and trash is stowed appropriately at the end of each session
You’ll automatically be emailed a receipt.

May through Oct Peak Hours: After 5pm 7 days per week plus weekend mornings 8am-12pm.
Nov through April Peak Hours: All weekend mornings 9-11 plus Monday and Friday after 3pm.
Peak Hours are when locals play the most at Ragle, and therefore the hourly rate is higher to rent a court. The peak rate is $35 per hour per court.
Non-Peak Hours: to rent one court for one hour is 20% of the Peak Hour Rate. To find peak hour rate, each court is $35 minus the largest discount applicable to your group. See the green table attached for discount reference.
Before purchasing, contact Mike Smith at least 7 days ahead of rental date at coachmike@raglebeach.com or on Heylo App to arrange all rental times, courts, and confirm applicable discounts.

Per our contract with SCRP, in general, courts 1 and 4 are held for first-come, first-served groups, whereas courts 2&3 are used year-round for Rentals, League Play, Clinics, or Tournaments 7 days per week .
Note: Rentals do not include any picnic benches. However, Court 4 is closest to the picnic area, which is reservable through Sonoma County Regional Parks. The site is called the Volleyball Picnic Area (which doesn’t include any court time). The contact for renting the Volleyball Picnic Area.
