To rent court 3:

1) first send a Heylo App message or email Mike Smith at coachmike@raglebeach.com to check availability and clarify pricing (non-peak hours and peak hours make a HUGE difference!)

2) Once the email or message is received, Coach Mike will check the calendar. If there are no conflicts, he’ll create a custom product for your rental and send you the link.

3) Once you pay, an event will be added to the community calendar on Heylo, where locals will be notified of your rental details. You’ll automatically be emailed a receipt.

May through Oct Peak Hours: After 5pm 7 days per week plus weekend mornings 8am-12pm.

Nov through April Peak Hours: All weekend mornings 9-11 plus Monday and Friday after 3pm.

Peak Hours are when locals play the most at Ragle, and therefore the hourly rate is higher to rent a court. The peak rate is $35 per hour per court.

Non-Peak Hours: to rent one court for one hour is 20% of the Peak Hour Rate. To find peak hour rate, each court is $35 minus the largest discount applicable to your group. See the green table attached for discount reference.

Before purchasing, contact Mike Smith at least 7 days ahead of rental date at coachmike@raglebeach.com or on Heylo App to arrange all rental times, courts, and confirm applicable discounts.

Per our contract with SCRP, in general, courts 1 and 4 are held for first-come, first-served groups, whereas courts 2&3 are used year-round for Rentals, League Play, Clinics, or Tournaments 7 days per week .

Note: Rentals do not include any picnic benches. However, Court 4 is closest to the picnic area, which is reservable through Sonoma County Regional Parks. The site is called the Volleyball Picnic Area (which doesn’t include any court time). The contact for renting the Volleyball Picnic Area.
